Jefferson, Texas trip

Here are some pictures from our weekend trip to Jefferson, Texas. We stayed at a bed and breakfast in town. We took a bayou tour on Caddo Lake which was really fun. It is unlike anything I have ever seen before. That was my favorite of our trip. We walked around the town to the different antique shops and relaxed. It was a lot of fun.



This is a picture of the bayou. The bird at the bottom of the picture is a great egret.




This is our tour guide for our bayou tour with Jon and Natalie in her life jacket. He was really nice and very knowledgeable about the bayou. He grew up on the lake and told us all kinds of stories.


This is the bed and breakfast we stayed at. It is called the Urquhart House of Eleven Gables. We stayed in the carriage house in the back. The home and our room was beautiful.
